The 3-Tier Plan
Tier One
Mentoring process for young people ages 16 to 24 that are not yet in Bible College or Seminary.
Think real world community impact, meets Donald Trump’s Apprentice.
These young leaders in training, ranging in age from 16 to 24, are taken through a process where they are placed in real world situations that allow them to develop and leverage their personal strengths to make a difference in the world around them.
Over a 12-month period of time 24 young “influencers” will be:
- • divided up into 4 teams of 6
- • Every four to eight week period, each team will choose an assignment that they are then responsible for carrying out.
- • Along the way they will be taught, coached, and mentored by Christian leaders in business, entertainment, and the church.
At Tier One participants will learn how to:
- • put their faith in to action in the “real world”
- • take strength finder assessments
- • uncover their leadership style
- • learn to work and collaborate on teams and develop a Christian world view that attracts the “non-believers” and points them to the Cross. Also at this level participants will be exposed to programs and opportunities offered by our Bible College partners (i.e. promotion information on the school, and summer programs).
Participants from tier one will have opportunities to take advantage of internship programs, summer Bible College experiences, missions trips worldwide, and Bible College scholarships.
Tier Two
A mentoring process for Bible College and Seminary students of diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds that opens doors to new ministry opportunities.
- • Internship opportunities with churches affiliated with the NACC
- • Leadership development through pastoral coaching (pairing young pastors with pastors already active in ministry
- • Mission trip opportunities
Tier Three
An initiative that builds and develops churches and ministries led by people of diverse ethnic heritage.
- • Career placement support
- • Pastoral coaching (pairing young pastors with pastors already active in ministry)
